Our maintenance window is midnight to 6am any day of the week. We are in the process of rewiring certain sections of our facility for better quality and uptime.

Our maintenance window is midnight to 6am any day of the week.

As I don't work a 9-5 job, midnight till 3am is my leisure time to catch up on email, sports scores, etc. Am I to expect this maintenance frequently? This was the second time this week that I lost reception during this time.

Thanks

Maintenance is typically infrequent.  However, and I will be sending a notice out to all customers that we have email addresses on file for, the next 7 to 14 days will see use of the maintenance period (mainly on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights).

Though this is a 24 hour service, all cable companies and telephone companies must have a maintenance period.  Midnight to 6am is typical because this is the time frame that will impact the least amount of customers using the service.

We make every effort to keep the down time to a minium, but sometimes it is unavoidable due to the type of maintenance that we are performing.

We appreciate your patience in this matter.
